The nightlife industry from a woman’s POV - Soho House Amsterdam

Making space for women is less about words and more about actions. Therefore Jängäl dedicated their February event to the female leaders and trailblazers claiming their space in the industry.

As an organization they aspire to facilitate a continuous dialogue on building equal foundations for women. We joined forces with Soho House Amsterdam and curated a warm hearted talk in a safe space within their lovely Canal Room.

We spoke about the “why” behind female DJ-bookings, how to get into the scene, approach of men during bookings, the current climate for our young female DJ’s, and more. It was great, cozy and we had fun.
